The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.

I've been coming to GIT for five years. I keep coming back because it's not only a great place to get in great shape but each class is a different experience, so it doesn't get old. I like the pacing, the energetic, supportive atmosphere, and the variety of activities.
I love the workout and the staff.
I am in and out because of work, but I have been disappointed when weekend classes
are canceled as that is when I am most able to workout.
I wish there was an 11 class on sunday.

I am so thankful that I found G.I.T Fitness! I have learned so many new exercises that have strengthened my body. Anabelle, Joshuan and Ben have taught me the right way to work out. They make each session fun, challenging, new and tough. I love each session because it is always new, I never get board, I learn new exercises and I am always pushed to get the most out of my workout. The facility is clean and fully stocked with the best equipment. I recommend this program to everyone! It really is the best.
