The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.
Exactly what I was looking for to mix up my old routine and to cover areas that I don't get to on my own in the gym. My instructor was super friendly and supportive as it was my first time at your training facility.

I took my first class today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The great thing is that this caters for all ages and fitness levels. The class atmosphere is one that I like very much. It just makes me work harder. And, Ben, the trainer today was wonderful. Helpful and patient. Couldn't really ask for more.
The trend mills need repair. Switches are broken on 2 that I tried

Ive never worked out as hard before in my life and it was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed Nicoles energy and circuit!
I wish there was group stretching at the end of class but other than that, everything was phenomenal.

Some of the teachers are not hard enough, like Joseph. Anabelle does a good, challenging class. With the $ that it now costs, I will only go to a class if it is a great teacher. Also, do not like having more than 12 people in the class. Then they have to go run outside and such, which seems really rude when people are paying so much for the class.
Fantastic place to work out with a variety of classes. Excellent fitness professionals in a fun environment. Never gets boring every class is different. All the classes focus on strength training, cardiovascular workouts cooldown great stretching. You can't go wrong!!
I love everything about this gym. Great programs, amazing trainers but most of all fantastic workouts!!!
I love GIT -- it's a friendly, but discplined environment where people of all ages and fitness levels come to work out. The trainers are excellent, each in his/her own way. For discipline and competition, choose Nicole. For a fresh, uplifting workout , choose Ashley or Jill and for a solid challenge, go with Matt. All are excellent and encouraging.
