The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.
I enjoy the combination of Cardio with strength training. Have to say my favorite class is TRX, Hard Core Training and Total Body Conditioning.

Exceptional attitude of instructors and a friendly environment. Instructors need to be more intuitive when someone has a physical limitation or injury and come up with modifications exercises. If I'm not jumping up and down with the class there must be a reason and instead of explaining in depth to each instructor, that's where observation should come in. Otherwise, my experience is fine here but I do have an injury in my foot that is slow healing and I've cut down my hours here so I can heal.
Great workout. Addicting. Classes are offered at good times. Need to book in advance for popular times.

Got to be into my 3rd year now coming to G.I.T. love the circuit A sesssions the most. A great way to get my cardio on. If I did not get my ass over to G.I.T., I’d probably not get out at all. It’s nice being around other folks and following the class regime. When I go to the gym solo, I tend to slacken....

GIT FIT is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The classes are challenging and well paced and the trainers are all excellent providing variety, skill, and instruction. If you are looking for a work out to take your body and goals to the next level, this is the place. I recommend GIT FIT to alll my firends and anyone interested in changing their bodies or maintaining an atheletes conditioning.
