The exercise program designed by Group Interval Training is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training [MRT], and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body-fat, and increase strength. We have lead thousands of these workouts and seen multiple thousands of people perform them. They can be tough - but it is always up to you about how hard you want to push. This is a group workout but we keep it small enough so you get a lot of personal attention from our trainers. We also provide you with real data to show you the progress you are making while training with us. These workouts are designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing them. Our trainers will push, guide, and motivate you the entire way.

I LOVE the workouts! I don't have 2-3 hrs a day to devote to working out - so I love the high intensity 1 hour classes!
Defiantly the best workout place in the area! Pretty hard workout but tolerable-really targets all of your muscle groups. Able to take a short break whenever you feel the need. Super nice instructor! (Ben) Really like how he demonstrates each move instead of just explaining it briefly like most places.
GIT provides an excellent full body work out that is fun and challenging. I love being part of this fitness community.

You get a fabulous mix of treadmill, rower, ladder for cardio and TRX, weights, bosu and more...
The instructors are hard but tailor each exercise within a class towards the individual!
